Doing Things and Then Releasing the Worry

In times of uncertainty we tend to hold onto anxiety. Many outlets of fun/releases of worry are missing – concerts, movies, parties, celebrations.

Daily life is still the same in many ways. Operations, studying, work (even from home)… however people are searching and deciding and uncertain.

The best way to deal with this situation is to do everything that you can do, but in your mind don’t think about too much. In the meantime you don’t need to worry and stress, instead try to release.

Release and know that you will deal with what you have to do when you have to do it.

In this practice you will start being able to let go, release, and focus less on the stress of it all. When we start moving our head.. and thinking too much, it is not worth it. In this time we have enough stress… we don’t need any additional heaviness.

I just want to share with you my thoughts and a reminder that you can and will find a solution to whatever may come up, but you are most likely going to think clearly without the stress of your mind worrying.

So practice letting go with the little tasks… studying, making a phone call, applying for a job, do it, and then release. Do it and then release.
